Museum Strategic Plan Visioning Session

Your Museum in 2030

The Lincoln Museum and Cultural Centre is starting the development of its new 2025-2030 Strategic Plan, and we want to hear from YOU! As we plan for the future, your input will help the museum continue to be a welcoming space for everyone in the community.

Our previous strategic plan laid the foundation for exciting developments at the museum, from expanded programming to improved community engagement. We’ve seen wonderful growth over the past five years, but we know there’s always more we can do. As we develop the next plan, we want to build on our strengths and adapt to our community's changing needs.

Join us for a public visioning session. At this session, we will work together to identify the museum's strengths, explore growth opportunities, and strategize for the museum in 2030. This will be an interactive opportunity for you to engage directly with our team, ask questions, and share your ideas on how we can continue to serve and inspire our community.
