Walking Together- Steps Toward Reconciliation

Walk together, reflect together. 

We invite community members to join us on a community walk to honour the children who never returned home & the survivors of residential schools. 

Wear orange to show your support.  (Orange shirts are available at many retailers, or visit the Orange Shirt Society Website.)

Presented in partnership with the Town of Lincoln, Lincoln Pelham Public Libraries, and Downtown Bench Beamsville, in collaboration with the Niagara Regional Native Centre.

Free: Drop in for all ages. Please consider bringing a food donation to the Niagara Regional Native Centre. Most-needed items include: Pasta Sauce, Soup, Crackers, Condiments, Canned fruit & Vegetables, Juice boxes & School Snacks, Instant oatmeal, pancake mix, syrup. Monetary donations will also be accepted.

6:15 to 6:30 p.m.  |  Welcome followed by Flag Raising

6:35 to 6:55 p.m.  |  Community Walk 

6:55 to 7:00 p.m.  |  Closing & Moment of Reflection
